At the Annual General Meeting of DENIC eG<\/a> on April 29, 2025, Martin K\u00fcchenthal, Managing Director of LEMARIT GmbH, was re-elected as an honorary member of the Executive Board. The members of the cooperative thus confirmed K\u00fcchenthal in his office and underlined their confidence in his work and his commitment to the further development of DENIC.<\/p>\n\n

He will be supported by the full-time members Thomas Keller and Andreas Musielak, appointed by the Supervisory Board, as well as by Sebastian R\u00f6thler, who was also re-elected by the members. As of May 12, 2025, Barbara Stolz will assume the position as a member of the Executive Board, replacing Andreas Musielak, who will leave the company on June 30, 2025. <\/p>\n\n

Oliver Elste, Stephan Hageleit, Marco Hoffmann, and Christian M\u00fcller will remain on the Supervisory Board. They will be supported by the newly elected Johannes Loxen. <\/p>\n\n

Stable, Secure and Responsible<\/h3>\n\n

K\u00fcchenthal has held the position of Executive Board member since 2016 and enjoys a high level of trust among DENIC members. Since his initial election, K\u00fcchenthal has contributed his many years of experience and extensive expertise in the areas of domain management, digital infrastructures, and internet governance to DENIC\u2019s work. <\/p>\n\n

\u201cI would like to sincerely thank all members for the trust they have placed in me and for the consistently good and constructive collaboration. Together, we will continue to pursue the path we have taken with determination. The guiding themes Stable, Secure and Responsible are, for me, the foundation of our actions and decisions\u2014both within the committees and throughout DENIC as an organization.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

The Executive Board of DENIC eG ensures that the cooperative services for members are duly provided. It consists of two full-time Executive Board members appointed by the Supervisory Board and two honorary Executive Board members elected by the members at the General Meeting. <\/p>\n\n

As the central registry for .de domains, DENIC eG fulfills its task on a non-profit basis for the benefit and well-being of the entire internet community.
